Just curious if there was any gourmet coffee shops or if there was a market for gourmet coffee and upscale pastries in STJ. thanks.

Don't know about coffee, but Baked in the Sun has wonderful breads and pastries.

STJ Spice sells gourmet coffee and there are a few pastry places.
I don't recall there being a, like, cappucino/espresso place though. I'd love to be able to grab an iced mochacino with a shot of mint syrup while shopping around Cruz Bay!

My question was asked because its been a reacurring dream of mine to open up a small coffee/upscale pastry shop in the virgin islands.Everytime I've been down there I've never seen one. I was just curious.
