I would like to thank everyone on this board who helped with advice, tips and guidance both prior to my move to STT and while we were on island.
For a number of reasons, both personal and professional, living on the island didn't turn out the way we had hoped, so we have returned to "big America".

Hello STT,
I would be interested in your thoughts on island living and perhaps the reasons if they are maybe related to the islands themselves rather then being private as to why it didn't work out for you, positive and/or negative, if you are willing to share. I think like East Ender said in another post it gives others a perspective on why things might not work out. You can e-mail me directly or post it. If not, thats ok to.
