Good electrician on STT?

Hi All:

I've got a great electrician. But, I'm not sure he's going to meet a deadline I've set for some work. I can deal with delay, since sometimes that's the way it goes around here (and often elsewhere as well) but, would anyone happen to have a good electrician whose name they can give me in case the delay becomes really, really extensive?

Thanks,

Islandlola

If the electrician is good, I would work within his time schedule--- my opinion only. Changing is going to cause more delay.

(Sigh...) I know you're right, Linda. It's my Type A stateside personality coming into conflict with my island calm demeanor. So, I'll still contemplate changing, and maybe, I'll even turn up a good back-up electrician. In the meantime, I'm tryiing to think of new ways to cajole my present electrician to speed it up.... He's already pretty well paid, and he has clients with bigger and more expensive jobs than mine, so I was thinking maybe baked goods? : )

Lola,
I second Linda. If you find a good person, do not, I repeat do not, drive them away--even unintentionally.

Our electrician's name is:

Foster
514-0161

He actually just left that's why this post caught my eye. Super nice guy...I don't know if he is the one who takes a long time to come out, or if it is the real estate company that we use! Give him a call...

islandlola:

There are some very good electricians on STT (Rogers Electric comes right to mind and you could also probably find someone very reputable via M & M Electric, both of which you can find in the 'phone book but honestly better if you walk in there and talk to them directly.) Cheers!

Hi STT,

Thanks for the info. If this delay keeps up, I may have to start making those personal calls on electricians. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the present guy will come through.
