Question: can anyone confirm if mail is getting off island? Are expedited services (USPS Priority Mail, Fedex, UPS, etc) available as yet?
Many thanks to anyone with an internet connection who can respond.

As far as USPS goes, they don't explicitly say that is not the case.
"All incoming mail is available to Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Customers are receiving mail by picking it up at Post Offices throughout the islands or through limited delivery. As of yesterday, 140 postal facilities were fully or partially operational."
St. Thomas
The following office is open for retail services in addition to mail pickup and delivery:
Havensight, 00802.
The following office is open for mail pickup and delivery from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Regular Saturday hours will be observed:
East End/Tutu Mall for addresses in ZIP Code 00805.
Charlotte Amalie will provide mail handout service for ZIP Codes 00801, 00803 and 00805 and street addresses ending in 00802.
Customers served by the following offices should pick up their mail at alternate pickup locations. Regular Saturday hours will be observed:
Veterans Annex, 00802 — Alternate location: Charlotte Amalie, 00801.
Emancipation Gardens, 00802 — Alternate location: Havensight, 00801.
St. John
PO Box mail and package pickup services, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Regular Saturday hours will be observed.
Customers served by the following office should pick up their mail at the alternate pickup location:
Cruz Bay, 00830 — Mail can be picked up from trucks in front of the building.
St. Croix
The following offices will be open for PO Box mail and package pickup services from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Regular Saturday hours will be observed:
Christainsted, 00820.
Downtown, 00820.
Gallows Bay, 00824.
Sunny Isle, 00823.
Kingshill, 00850.
Customers served by the following office should pick up their mail at the alternate pickup location, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Regular Saturday hours will be observed:
Frederiksted, 00850 — Alternate location: Kinghill, 00840.
STX POs open 12-3PM on Columbus Day, Monday October 9
STT POs open 9AM-1PM on Columbus Day, Monday October 9
FEDEX says Temporarily suspended service on STX, no mention of STT.
UPS doesn't say anything about USVI, only that service has restarted in PR.
