Has anyone heard anything regarding the start date for the new board walk and marina.

Hello there. All I have heard is from the store owners in Gallows Bay, and that is that the money is in place, the plans ready to go, but why they haven't already begun, I have no clue. I live right near there, so as of today.....nada.
If anyone else knows more, I also would love to hear!
