I just realized, after posting this link, that April 17 is on Sunday. I thought the Bomba Shack parties were always on the Friday, closest to the actual full moon date. So, you might want to call them to verify the date.

Duffy's in Red Hook usually has a Full Moon party -- look for their ads or call 779-2080
Bomba Shack in Tortola will require a passport for the BVI ferry and an overnight somewhere on Tortola.

On St. John, the party is Monday night at Miss Lucy's in Coral Bay. The ISH is playing!
