full Moon @8:30 rise. It should be big and orange as it passes through the dust.

I use this to look up the local STX sunrise/sunset/moonrise/moonset times. Tides are there too:

Here is the link for Redhook, which will serve as the "average" for STT/STJ:

The full moon is also listed when applicable.

From the original post, "full Moon @8:30 rise" is highly suspect, because by definition the full moon rise must occur around the time of sunset, and the sun never sets that late around here.
