Frederiksted rental or buy condo at Carlton
Anyone familiar with the Carlton condos? Thinking of buying but I know you all don't recommend that first off. Planning a pmv soon ...
i am not so sure that i would buy without living here for a bit first? maybe 6 months or so, just to get the lay of the land and find out which part of the island you prefer ? just something to think about
Carlton Condos are nice for what they are. Lower priced condos, west end ish. Slight water view of south shore from some units. Nice pool and pool area. On sight laundry facility. Some HUGE mahogany trees. Seem to be managed and maintained well.
One draw back is if your condo isn't around the parking lot it can be a long walk to some units. Many of these are two units made into one.
But I wouldn't advise buying anything until you live here awhile!
