I am researching information for an off island friend on Frank Voth. He lived on St Croix in the mid to late 1940's and worked on public works projects installing water and sewer lines. He later opened a bar in town named Frank's Corner Club. This is not the same Frank's with the old Stone Balloon, this was many years prior. The story is Frank Voth left island quickly after a indiscretion with the daughter of a local politician and never returned. Any information will be appreciated.

Carlstx, the person you mention above (Frank Voth) was my Dad, he passed away on October 24, 1988. He and my mother married in 1952, I was born in 1953 and am now 64 years old. I remember my father speaking about working in the Virgin Islands but that was about all, never really heard a lot or had reason to ask about it when he was alive. But the man you mention is definitely my Dad. I wish I could learn more. If I can be of more assistance please contact me.
