Yes Nicole, there are not many grocery stores on St. John to begin with as it is a small island, and Cruz Bay (where many of the shops are is also small)... so in the General Markets you can find some vege items... and then there is Katilady who has a store with vege/health food items. So yes.

Vegetarians!
Well, here is my list because I have a friend and co-worker who is vegetarian.
Of Course, Islander told you the old answers but there are a few more options.
Hatsumama(by Mongoose Junction andMorgansMango) has some vegetarian options. Also, Simple Feast(the old tropicale) has some great veg sandwiches and gourmet options. Asolare is a good fine dining which will give you more options than grilled veggies for vegetarians. I know Paradiso, Chateau Bordeaux, and Asolare will work with you if you call ahead(at least a day ahead and say you would like a vegetarian dish). Try Miss Lucy's for brunch, too. They have a great banana pancake dish. Hope I helped. St. John does have a few vegetarians.
