Is there any type of website where one can post their resume for recruiters down there to see... I am curious as to opportunities but have not been real successful in my searches and am hoping this might generate some conversations!

If you go to the home page (top of this page) there is a job/resume offer listed there. Also, Monster.com offers opportunities on the islands. You will also find that the USVI webpage will lead you to employment opportunities. Hope this is a help for you.
I had not gone to the "Home Page" in several years. "Islander" has done a great job of updating that page. My compliments to "Islander".

Many employers don't pay much attention until you're actually on-island unless you have really specialized skills & even then they hear from lots of people who never do come down. If you're planning a pre-move visit, put in your cover letter when you will be here (along with your resume), mail it & try to set up an appointment. Good luck!
