Hello All,

Does anyone have any positive or negative reviews about the private elementary schools on SST? Specifically the Montessori? We have a 4 yr old daughter and a 7 year old son.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Montessori has a very good reputation here and the STT school has grades all the way up to High School graduation.

Is enrollment competitive? Does anyone have children attending the Montessori? We're planning a pre-move trip to STT in June. Will that be too late to find a Fall spot in one of the private schools?

Yes I have looked at the Montessori website and I am now looking for personal recommendations. I feel information from the families of the students who attend are an invaluable source of information for finding the right fit for my kids. We plan on visiting in June but would love any insight the members of this forum can provide.

My friends that had kids in Montessori raved about it. The kids have since graduated and gone to excellent collages. My chiropractor has grade school aged kids there now and he raves about it. Montessori and Antilles are both excellent choices for private schools. Pricey, tho.

There might not be any Montessori parents participating on this forum. There aren't many active posters, and even fewer family posters.

Can't even think of how you could contact Montessori families if blog or Facebook not on their site.

I have been to a few functions at Montessori school. Our boy isn't old enough yet, but my wife is/was really impressed and people with kids there liked it very much. Me.. Meh.

Hopefully they learned to spell.

Big Thank You to everyone who answered our post! I didn't even think about trying to find them on Facebook but there is a wealth of information on there. Denvertired, I look forward to hearing your reviews. How old are your kids?
