Everyone here was so helpful in locating a plumber recently I'm back and looking for another suggestion. WAPA was diddling around my hut last week and now I'm having intermittent power fluctuations. It's happening enough so I may loose something important; like my computer!

If you know of someone I can call I'd appreciate it.

You could need a breaker replaced. Check your breaker box and see if any are loose.
I'm in STT so can't recommend an STX electrician for you. Did you call WAPA? (ha-ha)
They will come to check (usually) to see if it's a propblem related to their service and if not, then tell you that you'll need to hire an electrician but it could be a loose line on your pole, etc. so I'd do that first before calling and paying an electrician to tell you it's a WAPA problem.
Good luck!

OK. Called wapa. Gave up after half hour on hold. Your suggestions yielded Jimmy Adams and OJ. Looked in phone book and couldn't find either by name. Anyone have a number I might call?

Thanks again.

Last number I had for Jimmy Adams was 340-513-0247. I haven't called in a while. But we have had him back to work on other things. Very satisfied customer here.

For Owen Johnson, try 340-772-5798 or 340-642-0801.

Thanks guys. Got through to Jimmy. He gave me the number to wapa's lineman crew. Eventually got through and explained what Jimmy indicated was the problem; Loose connection. Then went outside and looked long and hard at the pole. Turns out there is/was and nest in the wires. Whenever the little birdies jumped around and played my lights would match their tempo. As I was driving out tonight (5:00) the wapa truck was pulling in. Pointed to the nest and they did the rest (no rhyme intended). Very polite and friendly folks. Thanked them profusely. And thanks to you my lights (and APC) don't go crazy, like I did...
