Hello,
This is my first posting so this topic may have already been addressed, if that is the case I'm sorry. I am a Virgin Island native who left St. Thomas after high school for college and am now back. I was wondering if anyone had any information regarding actually applying for a job with an EDC beneficiary. Is there a resume bank somewhere? Does each company do their own hiring? Is it almost impossible to get a job like this without a connection? If anybody has any useful information for me, please let me know. I have degrees in Information Technology and Risk Management Finance, and the fact that I was born and raised here should make me a well suited candidate for this kind of job. Any input appreciated

Hello Ro,
Welcome to the board! I don't have direct information on applying but you are correct EDC beneficiaries are obligated to have a certain number of employees to qualify and a certain number of Virgin Islanders as the employees. The EDC recently revised their web site and it now includes a list of beneficiaries so perhaps check out the list and start making some calls.
