East End St Croix

They have a chef from dashi....guy with Mohawk...forgot what his name is.
Hope they open before we move. And the sooner the better, I feel like Everything is closed out east right now....cultured pelican, topside, blue water, good spirits...
The only places serving food out here are ziggy's and duggans., talk about opposite ends of the spectrum.

And Cheeseburger's is still open. 😉

I'm glad Tutto Bene is open again! At least that's not too far away. And lately I've been on a huge Indian food kick at home, trying lots of new dishes and techniques, and that's been doing great stuff for us too.

I will be really happy when BlueWater opens again too.

I had an excelllent Thin Crust Pizza at Tuttu Bene on the weekend.

Castaways will be open soon. The bar should be open by this weekend and he kitchen soon after. The owners are making sure that everything in the bar, dining area, and yard is complete before opening the doors. The place will have classic American food and specials to keep frequent patrons excited about the menu. Pizza and wings are what most people seem to be excited about, as well as all of cosmetic and entertainment upgrades that have been done. Horse shoe pits are being installed, there is a dart board and soon to be foosball and pool table. The owners have brought in a jukebox and have several tv's that will be installed in the next week or so. Sports will be on but the place is not going for a sports bar theme, more a pub with a Buck island view. Trivia, bingo, and other event nights will be coming before season starts. The place will have lunch and dinner as well as some of the lowest drink prices on the island. We hope everyone appreciates getting a good deal and frequents the place often. Stop by and check out the changes; the guys are working there from sun up to sun down, and often beyond that.

I see them working on Castaways every day when I drive by - looking good! Loving the paint job. We will be coming by for sure! Bingo night!!!

I live at Schooner bay condos and it's close to town and the boardwalk. I Take a walk there almost every day and Gallows bay shopping is just around the corner with almost every thing you'll need.
