DOH survey

I hope some good comes out of all these surveys they are conducting.  After I completed it I was curious to know if this survey was a result of the Vision 2040 survey results.  Seems like healthcare and education are two of the biggest factors driving upper middle class people out of the USVI.  

I agree, figure it can't hurt.  Kinda like complaining about who's in office, but you don't vote.   

I enjoy taking surveys but doubt they have any impact.

Thanks, took the survey.  I’d add to stjohnjuli’s comment above, violent crime as key factors driving the upper middle class out of the USVI.  My living on St. Croix is likely influencing my opinion.  Ironically the COVID-19 pandemic, which has made international travel much more difficult is bringing a lot of vacationers to the USVI that would otherwise never have visited.  I see this an opportunity to introduce our islands to a new group of potential future residents.
