Disrespect or laziness?

When I first started going down, I went to La Rein Chicken Shack. I got my food and when as far away from the others as possible and was sitting by myself. I took off my shirt to work on my tan. I was asked by a PR worker, who walked across the parking lot, to put my shirt back on. I apologized and put on my shirt.

The " When in Rome" paradigm has always enhanced my multi-cultural experiences.
Respect brings understanding, good or not.
