HI
Does anyone have a working number for dish. We called the 1 800 number and they gave us a number that isn't working.
For the past couple of weeks we have been having issues. Certain channels are pixilated . The signal isn't very good, keeps going out as if we have a big storm. And the last couple of days it's wants us to reset and right now the TV in the living room will not reset.
A phone number or help would be appreciated.

I spoke to them on Thursday and again today at 800-333-3474. But it was not tech support, just customer support re account

Perhaps the dish shifted during the big blow? Take a close look at the mounting brackets. You might be able to see some old marks where it used to be. A simple adjustable wrench on the hardware should do the trick. A few degrees one-way or the other could through it out of whack.

You can re point your Dish yourself. Just get the system set up page up on your screen and have someone to help you call out the signal strength percentage as your adjust the Dish. Very easy.

they came out and repaired it after the storm. this was just in the past few weeks. also things i have set to record, dont

Thanks for the number. Hubby called and left a number. Hubby also received an email telling him to call the 1 800 that doesn't do anything for us down here, they just tell you to call the local provider
Anyone know where paradise is located.
I think we need new boxes.
