I heard a rumor there are direct flights from st. croix to nyc now. Anyone else hear the same or know the details?

There aren't any at this time that I know of. There have been rumors that Jet Blue may start flying directly to St. Croix from JFK at some point instead of only going to San Juan.
The new governor has made commitments to bringing in additional airline flights as part of enticing developers to build new hotels on the island. Hopefully that will happen.
