Just wanted to let everyone know the amazing service I received from Diamond Pharmacy yesterday.
My script was called into the Medicine shoppe. I called to see if it was ready. The person who answered said they didn't have my meds in stock. She said they could have it by Saturday. I needed this medication right away. She said she would forward it to Diamond Pharmacy.
I waited for about 20 minutes then called Diamond Pharmacy to see if they had what I needed. They had not yet received the script from the medicine shoppe. The pharmacist said to me I will call the medicine shoppe to get your script and to see if we have your meds. 5 minutes later the pharmacist from Diamond Pharmacy calls back and says I got your script and we have your medicine, I'm working on it now.
Wow, that was quick. I ran over about 15 minutes later and it was ready. This is at 6:00 PM.
I made sure I made contact with Bruce the pharmacist to say Thank You.
So impressed by the pharmacist who handle this for me. I love good customer service.
I will be back.
