K...do you guys do the Daylight Savings Time thing?

It is currenly 7:15 in the Midwest.

It is currently 9:15 in STX.

If it is 7:15 in November in the Midwest, what time is it on STX?

(OK...this sounds like an IQ/Mensa test, doesn't it?)

Maybe I have a good beer buzz (actually, I'm just getting started), or maybe I'm just really tired from being in the sun all day trying to sell off all of my life's possessions, or perhaps I'm just flat-out brain-dead. But, I just can't figure this out right now for the life of me. Help, please, before I lose my mind (or what's left of it).

Big Hugs~

Alix 🙂

Hello Alix,

We are on Atlantic Standard Time. We do not recognize day light saving time in the Virgin Islands. So during daylight saving time, First Sunday in April to Last Sunday in October, we are the same time as Florida (East Coast USA). When daylight saving time ends in October then we are one hour ahead of Florida (East Coast USA).

So yes what you wrote is correct about the 3 hour time difference for part of the year.

Finally someplace else that does not change either, like Arizona. It will always be a 3 hour time difference.
