Darryl the Fraudster is Back

Daryl does not run or is in control of the business MUCH LESS the money.

I love how he says he trusts her...except when it comes to make decisions or handling THE MONEY. That says it all right there.

Also interesting is that Darryl told at least 2 people that I know of that the business was hers. Sounds like not much has changed. Buyer beware.

Has anyone heard when Justin Likout (aka Jay Panacetti) is being released from prison? I don't have any issues with Darryl per se, but her boyfriend seriously threatened me a few years back. I don't know him well, but he seems to have some major anger issues. He actually scares me - friendly one minute and then out of control anger the next. I'd really like to know when I need to start keeping an eye out for him so I can avoid him like the plague he is.

Regarding my prior inquiry, I found this online (below) and it really says it all. It sounds like he probably contributed significantly to Darryl's problems. I think he's dangerous - so just be careful if you have any dealings with him.

"Justin Likout (aka Jaycee Panacetti) is a con man and felon operating in the USVI. He is very charming and likable. Even once you see through his BS and know what he is, you can't help but still enjoy his company. He's fun to be around ... until you cease to be useful to him at which point he will very likely try to destroy you by spreading lies about you, getting you fired from your job, calling your elderly parents in the middle of the night, calling your wife/husband and telling them lies about you, and anything else he can think of to try to force you to give him whatever it is he wants (money usually).

Men and women alike are charmed by him and believe his lies about being a wealthy successful businessman. He is not at all what he seems. He hangs out in bars a lot and will take advantage of anyone who trusts him. He will steal and swindle money and room and board from anyone. He will say absolutely anything to get what he wants. He'll lie and cheat and bully and threaten and fight and blackmail and even cry on a dime if need be. He'll sacrifice anyone or anything to save himself. When caught in a lie he'll cry, claiming to be 'confessing' and wanting to 'turn over a new leaf'. This is also a lie. Don't be fooled. He's done this countless times to every friend and relative he has ever had.

Justin/Jay specifically seeks out attractive women who are emotionally vulnerable and have money (he has $0 so any money will do). I've seen him out with a lot of different women, and they all seem to fall for his BS. In recent years, he has had a well trained Labrador named, "Yoshi" that he usually has with him everywhere he goes. As of this posting, Justin is incarcerated at the Golden Grove Correctional Facility, St. Croix, USVI for fraud. He was previously incarcerated there for hotel and credit card fraud in 2006 (google his name and USVI for details). These felony convictions are why he typically goes by a different name (Jaycee Panacetti). The felony convictions and associated probation also prevent him from leaving the USVI, so I don't expect he'll leave our island once he's out of prison. Even though he's a felon he sometimes carries a gun. He's threatened people with it and even been arrested for it (Google Justin Likout USVI for the article).

Justin is intelligent and manipulative. He is originally from Virginia, but he tells people he's from Hawaii and Washington state and has lived in both places for short periods so he can speak about them convincingly. He is a master of the long con. He claims to have a business degree and a wealthy family and a wife who died. None of these things are true. He has some kind of tattoo (looks like prison tat. I think they're initials maybe?) on the inside of his left wrist. He wears reproductions of expensive Breitling watches, which he passes off as the real thing to further his image of wealth and to cover the tattoo on his wrist.

Justin was born in 1974 or 1975 but looks older. He is about 5'9" and 225 lbs with light hair, a receeding hairline, and blue eyes. He has enough knowledge on a variety of topics - from private airplanes, to surfing, to real estate investing to be very convincing. He sometimes works as a carpenter/general contractor and has even done decent home repairs for a friend of mine on island (before she realized who and what he was). He knows a lot about cooking and the restaurant industry (see articles regarding arrests for stealing from a restaurant in 2006).

Do not be fooled by his charm. Do not be fooled by his lies. And whatever you do - do NOT give him any money that you ever hope to see again."

Darryl has really been keeping a low profile these days. I haven't seen or heard anything about her over the past six months. She has been associated with Bengoa's PromoWorld operation is Castle Coakley in the recent past. If anyone has an update on this criminal, please share it here so others can protect themselves.
