I had the hardest time getting onto VINow yesterday and today when a malware pop-up appeared advising that the site had possibly been infiltrated with a virus and that going onto it could spread and affect my computer. I have a Mac and this is the first time I've ever experienced such an issue although I know that PCs in general are very prone to virus attacks.
I did email moderator "Islander" to advise and the problem has obviously now been resolved. However, being a total twit where all this sort of stuff is concerned, I'm curious to hear from the very savvy computer nerds who subscribe to this forum what might have been the problem?

I received it also and didn't go on to this site until it no longer appeared - didn't want to risk it - all clear now fingers crossed 🙂

Same thing with my Mac today. No problem on hubbys computer. He did chastise me for risking his computer however. LOL.

Sorry Folks,
We are currently upgrading to a new server and experienced some unplanned issues with the migration over the last few days. Tomorrow Monday the 2nd, 2012 VInow and VIMovingCenter will have limited access from 8-10am EST while we finalize the upgrade and DNS transfer.
