Considering moving to the Islands - Looking for advise

I've been a designer for about 25+ years (AutoCad exp etc.) It doesn't look there's too many types of those jobs on the island so I might need change carriers.

Do any of these types of business seem like they would be profitable on the island?
(I also might have 1 or 2 helpers that might tag along)

1 - Handyman / Contractor (I've built two houses myself and remodeled more than I can count)
2 - Mold Remediation - I've never done this but it seems like it would be a good business for the Islands
3 - Window Cleaning - I had a business doing this for a few years but it's been hit or miss
3 - Bed and Breakfast - It seems like this type of business would be saturated
4 - Maybe a fishing charter - It seems like this business would also be saturated

Maybe there's something I can do on boats like cleaning off barnacles or something or working on the engines. I can fix anything and I do enjoy being around boats. I've always worked on my own cars.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

What Island would be the best for what I'm looking for St Thomas or St Croix?

they all sound viable depending on how hard you want to work or you could just bring your career down here.

There's always a demand for a good reliable handyman on STX. Fishing charters we probably have enough of on STX. I don't think we have many B and Bs on STX, mostly full condo and full villa rentals. Don't know how much of a demand there is for B and B. If you do anything more than continental breakfast you probably need a commercial kitchen which I'd think would put off most folks. We have a couple of marina's doing boat work on STX including at Salt River where they build boats.

The last I heard, there were hundreds of B&B's on STX.

Hello everyone,
After 2 years of prerequisites I will begin Nursing school (LVN 1 year, RN 2 years) in June.
Previously I was a Peace officer. I've also been in recovery for 19 years and let's just say "You can't con a con!" I'd like to work as a correctional nurse on St. Croix.
I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully with your help, I'll learn so much about my future home.
Thank you for your time
Katherine
