He talked about repealing the Not quite Affordable Care Act and replacing it with something else. I hope at the very least they come up with something that will help my wife's family be able to afford some kind of health care on St. Thomas that will benefit EVERYONE including the Islands. My healthcare jumped up an additional $160.00 started October 1st.

I'm one of those deplorable's. What I can't believe is that there were so many people who could look their family in the eye or look in the mirror and cast a vote for a Lying, cheating crook. Yep, that is the shining example I want my grand children to see and admire. NOT! I'm proud of this country that finally looked past a glass ceiling to do what is best for this country, rather than anointing their queen in January.

Hopefully in 4 years Elisabeth Warren will run. I don't believe Hillary will, unless she is pardoned by our president on his way out.

Trump used the same laws that every other American is entitled to use (if you don't like that then change the law). It was proven that at least 3 of the 12 or 20 women that were trouted out by the Dems to be lying about their claims, which means most if not all were false as well (just like the Dems made up those affairs that the first woman Governor of South Carolina supposedly had, those were proven to be false and made up by dem staffers.

Trump never got any of the questions to any of the debates unlike cheating Hillary, who not only got the questions, but used them. This is a fact, not assumption. So come on, pick up your chin and suck it up for the next hopefully 8 years and see what happens, you might be surprised.

One of the greatest things about our form of government, is our re-election process (however ridiculous and outlandishly expensive it gets). When either party is in power for too long, extremism tends to take hold in both parties. Pressing the reset button every 8-12 years protects us all.

Beside the importants of health care, term limits on the Congress and Senate would be a step in the right direction (including the VI Senate).

You are making decisions based on media spin.

As a landlord, if someone broke your lease and damaged your property, would you not sue to reclaim your money? Why can't Trump?

If you paid someone to fix your house and they did a substandard job, would you pay them the full amount? Why should Trump?

Look at each case for its' merit, not for the media spin from the left.

If you hired a licensed electrician to do a job, and it turns out he was not licensed and the job could not be certified by the state, would you pay him full journeyman wages? Why can't Trump?

I also like Dr. Ben Carson. A Man like him would be a good choice for Secretary of Education. Our new President had some really good people going to bat for him and hopefully they can be a force for positive change. Actually maybe Dr. Ben Carson will choose to run again one day. Hopefully American will be in a place that someone like him would be supported by both liberals and conservatives.

A. The territory took ACA $ as Medicaid/Medical Assistance. There are many more people on Medical Assistance than there were 8 years ago.
