I'm interested in purchasing a 1-2 br condo on STC from a private party. No disprect is intended towards any realtors reading this post. If I have no luck with a private party, I will then consider your services. I will be visiting the island quite soon and will be available to view properties at that time.
To any potential sellers, my financing is all approved and I'm ready to buy. I don't intend drag out the transaction. So if anyone is serious about selling their property please reply.

Hey There,
As I am pretty well connected with many folks on STC, I know of 4-5 condos that maybe available by FSBO.
