Conditions Warrant EPA Withdrawing Approval and Taking Over DPNR

This is an amazing read. Was anyone aware that DPNR left $37 million sitting on the table because of their inefficiency? The summary of a completely dysfunctional department is not surprising though. This report is from April. Has anyone read about this in the local media?

I did read about this but can't recall if it was in media or whether someone sent me the epa report.

Mind blowing isn't it?
Yes, there was a thread that had link to this report last year. I kept the report open on a tab on my browser for weeks as I couldn't stomach to read more than a few pages at a time (I believe it was 59 pages in total).

Maybe the DPNR officials were too busy doing other things at the time?
