Can anyone recommend a boat/sail charter company to take a group of friends to the BVIs for a weekend.
Kindred only does 4-6 people at a time and we are looking for something more along the lines of 8-10?
Also - Kindred's price is not bad, but we were hoping to do better - it comes out to $850 per couple for a 3-day.

For overnight charters groups larger than 6 must typically start in the BVI due to the 6 pax rule. There are many day charters which start out of STT which can handle the group but if you want to spend the night aboard you are going to have to get to the BVI.

Try www.stewartyachtcharters.com --- Ellen has lived here for many years and does a good job finding the right vessel for matching up with the group of people involved - she knows the boats and crews - not too many USCG Inspected Vessels do overnight charters and carry more than six paying passengers.
