Which cell phone company works the best on St. Thomas and also has plans that include calls made to the mainland.

I don't know what company works best, but Sprint and Cingular provide cell phone service that includes calls to the mainland that are not considered roaming. Get your new phone, or new number if you already have service with Sprint, at the Radioshack. They are totally rude and clueless at the Sprint store.

I use Cingular because Sprint doesn't work from my house. Can call the States with it.
