What's up with the cell phones on St. Croix this morning? Just tried calling 5 different cell #'s and got "we're sorry, you call did not go thru". Even tried calling myself and got the same message. Anyone know????

Who are you with? My AT&T data is working just fine, but one toll free call I made went straight to the wierd busy signal. Have tried all morning to no avail.

I heard that Innovative ( at least in St. THomas ) is experencing wide spread outages due to one of their larger feeder cables being cut. This issue is effecting cell, landline, and data services one a large scale island wide. That might be the issue if you are dialing a St. Thomas number

Have AT&T cell and Innovative business land line. Absolutely cannot call any cell # or long distance #'s or 800 #'s. Have tried repeatedly calling Sprint cell #'s, AT&T cell #'s, even tried a family member's cell # in the states. Tried several times to call Innovative and their message says that they are experiencing high call volume and to try back later. Cannot even get thru to a live person. Spoke to someone on St. Croix at the Avis newspaper office and their office is having the same problem. This problem is with my Innovative land line.

There was a break in the fibre optics lines on STX and STT caused by a construction crew.
Maybe that had something to do with it.

Not all toll free in US accept calls from here, Skype fills in for that. Some companies can't even call here. Another case of we are in US but not in US
