Does anyone have the telephone number for these guys? The number in the yellow pages 718-5525 rings once and goes dead, yet I know they are open. A call to 411 didn't yield any result either.

(340) 718-5525 is the number I've always used for them. Maybe there's phone troubles?

I just called and the number worked. Maybe it's your phone?

I went there yesterday for an oil change. Mia, the girl working there said that they have had problems with their phone system for months. She gave me a business card with a long distance number in the states to call if I couldn't get through on the 718-5525 number.

The interesting part of the story was when she came back out to tell me they had run out of oil and could not do the oil change. Thankfully they had not drained out the old oil yet. Beware.

We use them for just about everything with our vehicle and are extremely satisfied. We've been customers of theirs for two years now - tires, suspension, brakes, battery, oil changes. One time I had a dead battery at Food Town and they sent a tech over with a jump box for free so I could get there and buy a new battery.

Very friendly, responsive, and they do a great job in spite of the occasional hurdle. Just our experience. Recommend.

I've used them before for tires and had been satisfied with quality and price. That's why I went there again for the oil change. However, the vibe there has definitely changed since the auction sale and customer service girl didn't do anything to bolster my confidence and not having any oil didn't help either.

I was there for an oil change last week (no issues) and they're about to change my tie rod next week. I agree about the vibe change! It's still working well for us though.

The business and property were auctioned off on May 15, 2013 by Bruce Wilson. I'm not sure what the outcome of the auction was however.
