Cane bay beach bar

The Full Moon Bar is available for purchase immediately at a cut rate cash price of $100K. The landlord will renegotiate a lease with a qualified buyer. The lease includes two cottages up on the hill behind the bar.

If a buyer is not found, the landlord has another operator he will likely put into place later this year.

I was at Cane Bay this weekend with my daughter-in-law. We had to move after being pelted 3 times by iceballs thrown onto the beach by the bartender at Full Moon. No remorse, no apology. Probably time for a change.

Frank & Katherine are one option that Warren Mosler has considered as potential new owners of the beach bar if it doesn't sell to someone else very quickly.

I have another new location option I need to discuss with Frank and Katherine also... somewhere the might be a better fit for their style of restaurant. We'll see how it all shakes out.
