Canadian working in St Croi
We are thinking about making the move. Been coming to St Croix for a long time so we are well aware of how life is there. What I can’t find info on, yes I have searched the site, is what we need to do to be able to work. We are Canadian so I assume we’d need a work visa? Any advice will help. Thanks!

The regulations are the same as for the mainland USA. You'll need to apply for a residency "Green Card" and obtain a Work Permit. Go here for details:

Thanks!
My immigration journey to the VI started with a TN Visa, then an H1B, then a Green Card. Now I'm 16 months into the naturalization process and should have my final interview within the next few months. I've lived here 15 years.
Initially, I used a very good immigration attorney in Toronto who got me through to the Green Card stage. Filing the N400 for naturalization is easy so I did it myself.
A lot has changed since this administration took office and the process takes a least twice as long now as it when I started.
If you're starting from scratch, I'd consult a good immigration attorney. It's almost impossible to immigrate to the US without one now.
Good luck!
Hold on a minute...
When did they start letting Canadians into the USVI?
There goes the neighborhood *-)
