Cable on STX

We have been relying on Netflix over WiFi for entertainment since the beginning of the year, but with football season upon us I've decided to get cable hooked up. We previously had a bad experience with Dish, and I want to avoid getting locked in to a two year contract. Is Innovative my only option? From reading the messages on Innovative, it seems that it might not be the best service. But is it really that bad? Also, I vaguely remember that certain documents are necessary to open an Innovative account. Does anyone know what those documents might be?

Thanks much!

DirecTV offers the most NFL games by far, via the NFL Sunday Ticket option. With everybody else, especially with Innovative, you take your chances on what games are showing during the regular season. The exception is if you're mainly interested in teams from NYC or San Francisco, then you can get DishNetwork with ABC/NBC/CBS, which beams programming from the NYC and San Francisco stations.

NFL RedZone on Dish Network.
All the games, switching back and forth, split screen, quad screen, all in HD.
ESPN Game Plan on Saturdays.

No, only Dish on STX. DirecTV Caribbean pulled up and left.
