Just heard from a friend that manages villas on STX. Had to swap out some cable boxes at Innovative for working ones. She arrived at 11:30 am with several on a small dolly,....... and left at 6:30 pm.:-o:-o:-o Really? 7hrs?!?!
What do they do in that huge building?? Count money?

Been there done that, tho have to admit it only took me 4.5 hours to return my cable box and do the paperwork.
That's service for you plus still waiting to get my cable deposit returned since the begining of Nov.
Did I mention my Innovative telephone is down, once again! Had someone come take a look at it on Monday, say the problem was not at my house or line but down the road somewhere and they could not take care of it, they'd have to send out someone else, no service still!
Seems my landline has been down more than up, over the last year.

Thanks Beeski. I am reluctant to give up my local landline phone number as have had it forever and old friends that I only hear from,
from time to time that I have lost contact with, only have that number.

AS Beeski said you now can transfer your Innovative Landline number to a cell phone from AT&T, Sprint, etc. AT&T also sells a fixed base cell phone that you can use to replace in function a landline.
AT&T has the device on display at Sunny Isle.

I did the 12 step program and am now Innovative-free. I feel so alive! Nor more dependence on a vice that ruins your daily life.

After stopping to speak with every Innovative personnel I passed on the side of the road all week long, including someone working further up my hill this morning, my land land was restored today!
I will definitely check into the info Beeski gave so "Thanks" again.
I do have DISH TV and Broadband VI so only one to go..................

Why anyone would subscribe to anything from Innovative if they didnt have to is a mystery to me.
The moment I can hook my business up to VoIP once the fiber is in place, I'll be ICC free too.
Innovative Sucks.
