Any ideas about where I can buy a couple of paddle boards either on STX or a company that will ship them here? Thanks!

If you're buying them online, I'd have them shipped to Paradise Freight in Miami.
It would be way too expensive to ship them directly here.

Check with freedom city. They may sell you some used boards.
