Do i need to be a us citizen to open a business in the usvi? I have been searching but cannot seem to find any information regarding this query. Thank you.

You don't need to be a US citizen to open a business in the USVI or in the US. You can do it as a legal resident who has the right to work. You might be able to do it with certain other statuses too, but I'm not sure.
