bowling alley

Which island? STX has one, and so does STT....

I've been to the one on STX. I hadn't been to a bowling alley anywhere for 10-15 years. This one is just like the ones I remember. Lots of families, leagues. It's small but ok for an evenings entertainment.

small is not a problem. i have not been bowling for about 15 years and i remember it being so much fun even if i was not so good.
is this one clean and safe and does it have open alleys, not just leagues

I am an avid bowler but a bowler on St. Thomas. I have heard that the alley on St. Croix is nice. They have leagues there so don't know when open bowling is but call them.

You have to call them ahead of time to make sure there are open lanes...usually there are. They don't answer the phone until the evening though so its not something you can plan way ahead of time. But yes, it is clean safe and they have a full bar which always makes bowling more interesting 😀 I always have a lot of fun there.

It's a nice alley but like everything else, there's plenty of glitches. The computers crash frequently, balls get stuck a lot, and the house balls are cracked and chipped. If you can get past these things, yeah it's a blast!

If I ever get a day job I'd love to join a league. I was in a league for 7 years when I was a kid and I miss it!

i was in a league too when i was a kid, you know the small balls not the big, i even got a bigger trophy for last place than my brother did for like third place. in senior high i was on a league with the bigger balls. im not really any good but i love it.
