BMW Car Dealer

I called a friend who is a car enthusiast just to confirm what I thought... he said there are no dealers and no one certified to work on them. He said he suspects the closest dealer would be in Puerto Rico.

There are quite a few BMW's here; and I was told that the owners either have a mechanic they trust to do the work or some of them do the work themselves. Most get them from Florida and ship them down.

yeah I kinda thought there might not be one I'm a pretty good mechanic the only thing I can't do is suspension work we also have a '90 Chevy Suburban 4x4 that I'm fixing up may bring it just cause it's already been at the beach it's in pretty good shape needs minor body work on the drivers door and the front bumper is pitted. What's the helmet laws down there for riding a motorscooter? I got a red '84 Honda Aero 50 that my grandparents gave me that I'll have down there my parents think I should sell it and get a new scooter but I just cant bear to sell it right now it still runs like new. Would the roads be to crowded to ride it on them? it only goes up to 30mph my grandparents used to keep it a South Padre but you can't ride it down there cause the roads are so crowded.

Bryan, roads here are pretty curvy and hilly and steep... motorcycles and scooters are not the best mode of transportation although some people rely on them in addition to a car and some tourist use them to get around for the day when visiting on cruise ships. Drivers in the VI are not used to sharing the road with 2 wheeled transportation so it is a bit dangerous. You might just sell it.
