There is a man named Leonard that moved to St. Croix just roughly a week ago. He's not to be trusted and I would definately be wary of renting an apartment to him. He's being evicted from his current apartment after slashing his neighbors tires and mastrubating in front of the neighboring females. He's aggressive and obsessive. He'll insult and complimnet you in the same sentence. He's a black guy, 57 years old, 5'5" to 5'6", bald head with a beard/goatee, a bit of a belly, and he rides a bike everywhere as he has no car. Run him over with your car if u c him on the road; trust me your doing the world a favor.

He lives right now in Estate St. John, near the St. John Grocery on northside road.

i was just curious. i hope he does not cause too many other problems. did they call the police

I'm sure they did, but I know the law, there isn't much one can do if they have no evidence to back up their claims. I think a restraining order can only be placed by a family member or intimate partner.

they might want to check into that, it might be they can place one on him if they can prove harassment .
