Kim is part of a new firm and probably has a new email address.

Kim showed both of our homes more than anyone else and they were not listed with her.
She ended up selling one of them in November. She was with Sothebys at the time and was with them at the closing in January.
Did she move to another broker?

She started her own thing from the looks of it. There are at least 2 agents besides her on the team already.

Whoever u use on Stx you have to stay on top of it... And do alot of the work yourself... Speaking from experience.

Kim is still here. She is the best IMO. Im partial - she's my BFF 🙂 She's the reason we moved to the VI. We stayed in her studio on our PMV 4 years ago. She's a real straight shooter and doesn't candy coat which I love. Like roadrunner mentioned she is not all in for herself, I mean she does have to make money but she wont sacrifice your best interest to do so. One hell of a stand up gal! She's been on Caribbean life a couple times as well.
She was in Portugal for the last three months. She just got back last week, we had lunch last week and she is working like crazy! Maybe best just to call her. She told me once how many emails she gets a day - I forget but it had a several 0's lol. Her office in in Chenay bay - with their big beautiful logo I designed for them 😉 Bright orange building on left as you enter. Maybe pop in if you're around.
