Best place to buy Keen's- STT

I dunno about STT, but on StX they're ridiculously marked up. I say go to Zappos.com. No horrible mark up, free shipping, takes a while longer.

I'll second the Zappos recommendation. Shipping isn't totally free anymore -- I think there's a $3 surcharge for the USVI or something like that -- but you can easily get what you want.

Centipede on STX carries a huge selection of Keen's, and I've seen them offer pretty good discounts from time to time. I've bought a few pairs on sale and they were definitely comparable to the mainland sales.

The $3.00 charge must be new. I wasn't charged that a few months ago.

The Keens on STX are actually priced about the same as in the states but no shipping fee's and no worries about them not fitting and having to mail back etc. Sure REI or Dicks Sporting Goods might be a couple bucks less but they are also buy in huge bulk and have more negotiating power than an independent store. We really should try to support small local business.

I just double-checked the details of my last order with Zappos. It was a $7.00 surcharge on shipping to a USVI PO box, for a $190 order. Which of course costs them not a dime more on their end... sigh. My previous order with them shipped here was about a year ago, no surcharge -- I think Trade is right that it is a new thing.

hscmp19, if any store locally stocks Keens in size 10.5 women's, I will personally buy and eat them. 😎
