Beeston Hill gym STX
I just came across this story. I cannot find a list of their prices online yet, so hopefully they will add it to their Facebook page. Their site is not up yet. It's exciting that their cafe is open until 8pm!!!

Sounds great, I hope it's not hundreds of dollar per month just to work out.
It has been posted here recently that the new owners increased the pricing somewhat.
I don't go there so I can't say how much % increase it was.
I go there and yes the new owners raised the rates...a lot
$95 per month for a single
$500 for a 6 month package
The new owners have cleaned the place up and have kept the equipment up and running.
Been going there for at least 6 years.
We pay $864/year for a family membership.
We get a senior citizen discount and some off for paying for the year.
Just check my records and it's been the same since we joined.

Though under new ownership, the prices have not been changed at Beeston Hill.
A 1-day pass is $15, a week is $35, a month is $95 and there are a few other short term, no-contract options for visitors.
For full time or seasonal residents, the full membership is $65/ month after initiation fee. The one-time $195 initiation fee covers an introductory personal training session/ machine orientation, a BMI and body composition analysis, charging privileges on a Club account and a free one month freeze each year for travel or personal needs.
A new special is also available right now- $50 off the initiation fee through Valentine's Day, which still includes the BMI assessment and training session.
Full members may also freeze their account for up to one year for a fee, a favorite of seasonal residents and the military.
Some changes have already been made, like St. Croix Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for youth and adults now in house, youth Taekwondo and private and group Swim classes offered, and the opening of A Better Day@Beeston Hill whole foods cafe and juice bar with meal prep, a la carte smoothies and fresh food as well as holistic consulting and body treatments.
There are many, many more changes happening and planned- I recommend a tour to see it and get your questions answered firsthand! Email gym@beestonhealth.com for more information or come check it out!

they dont offer corporate rates anymore though, do they? I could be wrong. When we had corporate rates our prices were about half what they are .
