Has anyone received a call from BBVI to say they are upgrading their service at no charge? Just received the call and it seems a bit odd.

they are in the middle of a large upgrade currently, probably just calling to let you know the good news!
Thanks, always worried when someone calls and tells me I am getting something for nothing.

its legit....we are rolling out upgrades to our business and Plus residential customers.
Trying to be patient, but would really like one hour of uninterrupted service. I thought the shoddy connection was the result of the upgrading, but weeks of intermittent service is getting really annoying. Hope I can send this comment before I am disconnected.

phizz we have the same problem. but every time i call when its out, it comes back on as im talking to the person
i now only call if its out for a longer period of time instead of the multiple times a day its goes out

We have been having serious problems lately too! We used to have the $99.95 plan, but somehow got dropped to the $49.95 plan. I called numerous times to ask why we were dropped to the lower plan and requested over and over again that we have the higher plan re-instated, but got nowhere with them.
We used to be happy with them, but may be looking for other options. I am sick of calling them and getting nowhere...
