Beeski, what's up with your customer service? 2/3 numbers were constantly busy, the one that I could connect to put me through to a robot with a faulty menu- i.e. "press 0 to speak to an operator" - press 0 - "invalid entry" etc etc.

Too many calls at the same time, overwhelming our phone system / capacity.
I would suggest an e-mail burst to subscribers ( or text ) to update on outages. Saves you a lot of calls to deal with.

The new Customer Management / Billing system we are converting to next month has features like that built-in. We will explore mass updating. thanks
