Just did the Ookla Speed Test and got : Ping 139 ms / Download 0.67 / Upload 0.30. Why am I paying $99/month for this crap. I can't even watch Netflix. And can someone tell why the speed test always defaults to the STT. Server when I'm on STX?

You must have some issues with your router or set up.
