Does anyone know the Bar business on the VI's like the Pro's/con ?, permit's ?, licenses ?, zoining ?..

Yes, you need permits to build, licenses to operate and hopefully you will choose a business area so not to need zoning. Liquor licences are easy to get and don't cost your firstborn child either. If you have agood idea, run with it!
