Can anyone recommend a great bakery that makes excellent chocolate mouse cakes on St. Thomas?

All the best chocolate mouse cakes are made in Long Island and overnight to St. Thomas for special occasions.

I just laughed so hard, I have tears running down my face!!! I didn't realize I was reading mouse until I got to the last post and read "are chocolate mice and ingredient" then I went back and reread the first post,. soooo funny, thanks for the laugh Zero!!!
