In yesterday's STX Avis there is an article on the front page "Venezuela to commit billions to Brazilian refinery" ... Is this going to affect Hovensa? The paper put a big picture of Hovensa on the front page but never addressed the issue of whether this could have an impact on the refinery.

It probably has little to do with Hovensa. The Avis was most likely having a slow news day and needed something for the front page.
