What is the average rental cost for a nice 4+ bedroom house on St. Thomas?

Also, what's your definition of "nice"? How "nice" do you need.

No worries--there are definitely "nice" places (I call "nice" well-located, excellent view, pool or other water feature, nice finishes, etc.) for under that, even well under.

You mentioned 4+ bedrooms, though, which could present a challenge in terms of options. The vast majority of housing that I personally consider nice runs 2, maximum 3 bedrooms.

Best,

I have a good friend who is 1 lot away from waterfront, who has a nearly new place.
I think the building is 7000SF. one upper, & 1 lower unit.
Plenty of room, furnished.
This was to be a B&B, so it's well appointed!
You can certainly walk to the beach!
